Well today August 2025, they send me home and being going for donations for 5 to 6 months and never have this problem about numbers , I walk 45 minutes to get there and it was walking for nothing is frustrating and the lady the see me today is a new employee, I really feel like they use me enough allready, like I said I never have this problem till today I never going back or referring anyone's either....I'm not gonna walk there again for nothing...is really frustrating.... SMH they should apriciated us..
Employees at this BioLife are in no rush...there should be a manager walking around keeping employees in line...I have witnessed employees showing up to work and not getting on the floor for 1/2 hr...totally unacceptable...then when you sit down to donate in the chair it's at least another 1/2 to 1 hr....who runs this place??? Hire more staff or pay them more and maybe you'll have more staff....Alison is the only one I see running around the rest could care less!!!
** UPDATE 10/13 ~ After two weeks of “required recovery”, I am fully healed and had no markings/mark. I had an appointment today, so I went to check in and I was immediately told I couldn’t donate today and speak to the person at the front desk. When I went to speak with the person at the front desk, the nurse brought me into the back room, to talk more about what’s going on. Good place to make some extra money and save lives at the same time, with friendly staff, but horrible guidelines, which I am never notified when they change.
