Rude staff. Had to wait an hour even though I had an appointment. The staff clearly hate their job and make it everyone else problem. They try to go as quick as possible and do not treat patients well at all. Don’t recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience at this BioLife location. As soon as I arrived, the staff member looked at my red card and told me I should leave because I hadn’t eaten despite the fact that they had just provided me with food. I then shared some of my medical history, including a past ankle sprain and a childhood leg issue that I couldn’t fully explain since I was very young when it happened. Bring someone in to donate? Great, but don't use any of the chairs in the waiting area go sit outside in the elements. Also no loitering signs outside the business.
I enjoy every person I meet and how they help too get you out faster.
Well today August 2025, they send me home and being going for donations for 5 to 6 months and never have this problem about numbers , I walk 45 minutes to get there and it was walking for nothing is frustrating and the lady the see me today is a new employee, I really feel like they use me enough allready, like I said I never have this problem till today I never going back or referring anyone's either....I'm not gonna walk there again for nothing...is really frustrating.... SMH they should apriciated us..
