Not well kept up with the cleaning knowing they handle a lot of people. Always understaffed, long lines for a bed and no sense of urgency from anyone there…ANYONE! Always here 2 hours + I still come not for the money but I had a life experience where plasma saved a friends life so this is why I do it.
Always have a pleasant interaction here, Amanda always makes good conversation early in the morning and has a positive attitude every time!
I am a person who does not drive, every dollar counts for me. So I called multiple times multiple weeks ahead of time to confirm some information before I wasted time and money going in. No one ever answered. I decided to go in anyway and take my chances, they told me I needed to eat before hand so I left to go eat(wasted money) did all the paperwork, drew blood etc. spent about 2 hours doing this, they checked my tattoos and said everything was great. I’ve been donating at BioLife for over a year and the Rialto location is by far the best location. Vrin, the phlebotomist who is always amazing was patient, wonderful and so lovely while I was donating
Had a great visit today thanks to Lubna. She was kind helpful and made my time feel welcoming. Sometimes this places is crowded. But i will ask for Lubna from now on.
