Brissa was nice. Everyone else is so clueless it is almost laughable. Don't tell them you have a slightly stuffy nose due to seasonal allergies or else they'll make you go through all the preliminary steps for two hours and then send you home "for your own safety." zero common sense in this place. massive waste of my time.
Friendly staff, clean facility, easy to donate! Even when they're busy, they keep things moving promptly.
My BioLife location is clean and well maintained. Brie was super friendly and helpful. They cater to your needs and are willing to educate you throughout the process.
TODAY WILL BE MY LAST TIME at this facility. Currently got skipped because they are properly keeping track of people. The wait times are just getting worse and worse. 3 times now I’ve been here for more than two I’m not sure what the issue is but you might want to pay people a waiting fee after a certain amount of time( especially if you can’t keep track of donors).
