Wonderful staff and facilities making the donation process easy and straightforward to accomplish.
The staff at this location are friendly, welcoming and fast. I feel acknowledged and comfortable knowing they are all good when sticking someone. 🫶🏼
I went in to BioLife in Saint Ann to donate for the first time and my experience was I left feeling like my donation wasn’t wanted. From the time I step inside the building the young lady that was screening people was outstanding she greeted me and informed me of what was to come she then notified the lady about a new donor as soon as the lady walked up she said what time was your appointment before I could finish my sentence she said she didn’t see my appointment I had to reschedule I was like okay mind you there is only on... read more
Kind of a hassle most times because apparently I had 2 accts so they mess up every time I want to donate it's says it's my first time
