Worst waste of time ever. Missed one singular question on the questionnaire with an “Not Sure” response and they continued to let me wait for an additional 30 minutes before informing me in the physical room that I will not be able to donate that day because of a lack of response. Thanks guys for two hours of my life I’m never getting back.
Bio-Life provides professional care for its donors. The environment is quiet, clean, and structured so that all procedures and processes run like clockwork. Kudos to all employees! Especially, Nurse Latasha!!!
SCAM!!!! Extremely deceptive website. They advertise 800 dollars for new donors with nothing visible specifying otherwise, but once you get in the door, paperwork filled out and everything they tell you they only give you 70 dollars. They say the money is spread out each time you donate over the course of a month but don’t say this on the website. The workers were really nice and worked efficiently but if you’re coming in expecting them to honor the promises they make on the website you’ll be disappointed.
