The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful. No complaints about the actual experience, just the duration. I understand some screening has to be done in order to answer the questions but to be told after 3 hours of waiting that I can’t donate because I have PTSD is kind of absurd. I’ve donated somewhere else before with no problem but I understand each place has their own policies.
