I have to say without a doubt Biolife is the worst of all Donation Centers. And it's all due to their schedueling. I couldn't even finish my last 4 visits for the new donor fees because it's so hard to donate. Other than 1 time, every single time Ive come to donate there's 20+ people in line for vitals and same waiting to donate. They way overbook. I’ve been going to BioLife for about 2 years now. Ever since they cut hours and removing Saturdays they have been way to busy during week and Sundays. Took 2 hours just to get through donor screening and into a chair. Will continue to support BioLife because the staff is a amazing!
Passed every test which took alittle under a hour just for them to tell me I have tattoos that they can’t do it all over acouple years old, I had the tattoos when I walked in why make me set up account and go through all the testing to tell me this. Really was a waist of time, only plus was everyone was friendly
