Very unprofessional, took way too long as a previous donor. Workers took their time instead of helping the people who needed to be assisted. Workers just standing around talking and playing while it’s over 10 people who still needs to be hooked up. Staff very low. Only one person was hooking people up to the machine. BAD LOCATION duluths location is way better. This is extremely disappointing, dissatisfying and unprofessional. Run don’t walk.
