The staff is great. But yall gotta have a separate spot for new donors. Either than or honor APPOINTMENT TIMES. We can’t donate after being late for 9-15mins. But make us wait two hours because new donors are ahead of us. If you can’t take that many people due to staff. I get it I really really do. Then don’t. Or open a section for returning donors and one for just new!! It’s just a little frustrating to say the least
I used to donate here but the long wait lines and the unprofessional staff leaving me strapped to the machine with a needle in my arm long after the donation was finished and my machine was lighting up and buzzing, made everything inside of me want to sue. I wanted to scream GET ME OFF THIS MACHINE!! I struggled to remain calm trembling with chills my hands felt all clammy and the technician strolled the tray over and wiped down a chair that another technician had already wiped off. Can yall volunteer DNR me thanks very sorry management buts its ran by black management!!! But thanks though money wasn’t anything kids still coming to earth incompetent I thought donating my plasma would help it didn’t do nothing … but please DNR thanks I hope the location boost its are clientele and stop emailing me thanks !!!
Just trying to get an understanding, y’all have people that take the bus , sitting out here waiting to get paid sometimes and it’s sick . Today the excuse was the system… I’m guessing it was the system last week too ? Now it’s someone sitting outside right now waiting , so they could go home . This is very much sickening, maybe you guys should tell people hey we have a delay today and then that can give them the option to leave or not because I wouldn’t have stayed and I could have just came another day .
