Alicia is always very sweet and caring as she does her job but today a new chic named Baile came over to assist causing me to have a tiny bleed due to her pushing the needle in too far something Alicia never had an issue with when she does my vein puncture I was so upset but not at Alicia she was as sweet as always🥰🥰her and Jaylin are great at their jobs!!!
The staff are pleasant and professional. No excess pain from the needle or sticks. Overall great experience that has me willing to donate again.

Very comfortable except for the needle stick to the arm it has to be done by the right person in order for there not to be any pain otherwise a positive experience
