Been here over 20 times and everyone here are friendly professionals who make the donation process easy and comfortable. Shout out to Michelle, she always remembers me and very welcoming.
Very good experience. All of the staff at this location are wonderful. They are all very good are drawing blood / plasma. They are also friendly and get you in and out quickly. Very happy with Biolife Plasma Donation Center in Villa Park, Illinois.

I'm not sure about this place, when you tell the phlebotomist three times, you are hurting me! And she still to want to keep sticking you! Lol and you complain to the manager and he tells you, oh she's really a nice person. I'm smh!!!
