These guys always do a great job! My only concern is the amount of people that come in at one time and how fast you can keep the line moving. I understand you can't help rushes of people sometimes, but there will only be 1 nurse available in the front sometimes and it really slows down the process I feel. Otherwise, you guys are perfectly solid! Friendly and inviting all around.

Awful. I had two different nurses change my medical report on different days, I answered consistently the same. The doctor told me since my medical report was changed I now couldn’t donate and there’s nothing they could do even if that was the truth. I tried to speak with upper level management to resolve the issue, the nurse on the phone lied to me and said that he was “always busy” and “wouldn’t have time to talk” and “could not stop what he was doing it was too important”. This place used to be swell for me and I used to donate my blood very well until the nurse Lisette, poked me wrong not once BUT twice during donation process. I was also not given or provided the medical resources that you are required to get , only was given a zero sugar gatorade and an ice pack. Not only that, the nurse lisette needed assistance from another nurse, who also wasn’t trying to give me my medical resources on top of being rude and talking to other co-workers discussing me negatively.
