Clean and fast, this place knows its business and cares well for the donators. Good stuff.
I don’t ever write reviews like this, but I feel as if I need to. I’ve never had any issues coming here. I did get sent away because my iron levels were low which is fine, but the phlebotomist Carolynn, helping me has horrible bedside manners/customer service. She was trying to be nice but you could tell she did not want to be there and her attitude started to show the longer I sat with her. Saving lives
I don't understand the point of making an appointment if you're going to wait OVER AN HOUR just to be called to take your height. This place is very inconsiderate of your time. I'm so annoyed I wasted another afternoon here. Don't go here if you want your time respected.
