Wait times have never been too bad for me. Longest it's ever taken is an hour and a half from door to door. New donor payment is solid and decent incentive after a few months not donating too. Always gotten good pokes from the phlebs as well. Phlebs are nice and professional.
I love this place over Grifols donating center. I feel like this place is more gentle with the needle and more efficient when it comes to the plasma donation.
I have no complaints about the process it easy and don't expect the nurses give you luxury services they have to deal with alote of donors there busy and you get paid
Tyler the manager need to be trained again with his form of communication or suspended or even written up for the way he spoke with me. There was no reason for him to talk over me and loudly to say what he needed to tell me while im explaining my situation so he had an understanding. Then proceeded to be rude about the situation. I called and was calm and respectfully.
I come here to donate occasionally. Usually my experience goes pretty well. I'm in and out except for twice. The first and second time I sat waiting 20 minutes just to go home. Once the alert alarms you that I'm done it shouldn't take no more than 5 minutes for you guys to unhook people. 20 minutes is a long time to sit listening to that thing ring once you're done.
