Very fast service
It makes no sense to let me schedule a 5pm appointment, and when I arrive at exactly 5pm, I’m turned away because they closed at 5pm. I was told I’m supposed to arrive 10 minutes early to my appointment but nowhere in my confirmation email was I told to arrive 10 minutes early. I’ve been with biolife for 5 years now and they ALWAYS give a 10 minute late grace period so it’s very disheartening to be turned away when I arrived exactly on time to my appointment. Been here a few times. The girl who helped me check in was same who hooked me up. Euginea was very fast and efficient at what she does. Made the process quick easy and very understanding. Would definitely come back thanks to her
I generally am able to have ppl who are familiar with sticking me, stick me, preferably red sticks. Unfortunately, most of those folks have moved on and there are a lot of new ppl at my location. I never have issues donating. Not reactions, bruising or pain. Have been going for 3 years and am usually out between 28-32 mins. On this day, I was there over an hour and half.
