I’ve been attending another Biolife for a while and decided it was best to try the one closer to me. NEVER AGAIN. The sheer amount of appointments accepted at this location should not be a thing. The line was outrageous for the small building that’s provided. Every phlebotomist and nurse I talked to was very rude. I didn’t see a single phlebotomist seem happy or talkative. revising my review because even though this location screwed me out of $800+ due to a mistake that NOBODY took any responsibility for whatsoever - this is still a great center relative to other biolifes in the US - way faster, way friendlier than any other biolife i have been to
I want to post about an experience my sister had at this clinic but first I want to say this: me and my two little sisters donate plasma for a very special reason. 5 years ago our mother got really sick. Her body could not produce the proteins needed to clot blood. She needed a liver transplant to save her life.
