Update: After emailing my frustrations and concerns about the service experience I had, the company really came through and resolved the issues with our laser. They were responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the process, ensuring everything was addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. Thank you, Biolase! My office has an EpicX laser that has been a great tool in our practice. However, we now need the laser to be repaired and the process has been quite frustrating. Let me start off by saying Mayra in the service department has been great! But the company wants you to pay $600 just to send the laser in to be evaluated, this doesn’t cover parts that need to be replaced. No problem, as this does cover labor charges too, but then finding out that the total repair cost could be somewhere between $2000-$3000 we were a little bit sh... read more
Used Biolase for 15 years. Great product and customer service is awesome. Sent my Epic in for repair last month and fixed it promptly and it was under warranty!
