Very unprofessional, it's sad thing
Had the worst phone call of my life. You should never lose your customer service with any client/patient. Not to even threaten a client/patient on the phone. You never know what that client/patient is going through on the other end of the phone. The employee didn't let me finish asking my questions, nor did he let me tell him on the phone that I moved two years ago. His customer service was horrible. Absolute scam and terrible customer service. Billed me and gave me final notice for covid tests my previous employer ordered 3 years ago. Customer service refused to help and was condescending. Absolutely ridiculous company.
They have phlebotomists who come to your home, which sounds nice and convenient— especially for home bound patients. BUT, their scheduling is inconsistent and they are unable to follow physicians’ orders with regard to STAT orders. They say their “STAT is 12 hours.” — Useless for urgent testing requiring same-day resulting.
