Most disgraceful and disheartening experience with the staff member at the student services desk. Disparaging and heartfelt, left me in tears and shaken, it is every bit emotional trauma. . I am not sure what, perhaps a form of intrinsic value, perhaps a part of me that I view as human dignity compelled me with most patience and kindness in hopes to bring equilibrium to the darkness and it seemed to warm up the climate for a bit, I suppose that which "christians" would regard as "turning the other cheek",.
