Was very nice and clean receptionist was great but the X-ray tech was very rushing he couldn’t stick my vein blew it stuck me again and still couldn’t find it, he was rude and seemed annoyed with my simple questions. He asked me multiple times if I was ready to be done until I finally gave up. Did a 20 min MRI scan for nothing since he couldn’t find my vein for the last contrast scan. Will never go back here. My experience from the time I walked in the door to when I left was great. The receptionist had everything ready when I arrived and made the process quick. Both ladies that worked with me were very friendly and professional.
This place was awesome to have my MRI done. The staff were very friendly. The receptionist had all my information ready to go when I arrived. The facility is clean. I will be requesting to have all my scans done here for now on. Thank you guys for your patience and welcoming attitude.
Very nice staff and clean facility, definitely the best imaging center I’ve been to, HUGE thank you to tech APO she’s the nicest person I’ve ever met and is very helpful and is a truly a blessing. Without her reinsurance I don’t think I could’ve done the mri Thanks again.
I have been here before and going again, I really like going here, the staff is very friendly and the center is very very clean and this was before COVID-19. I highly recommend going here for any MRI scanning.
