I had the same experience as the reviewer "Forever Forgiven". Donna is extremely unprofessional and emasculating, she's a woman who knows nothing about testosterone and low t symptoms. Judging by the way our phone call went she clearly has higher testosterone levels than me (a 29 year old man). She should be embarassed since she seems to actually believe that men under 40 can't have low test or be treated for low t symptoms.. which means she has no clue how the endocrine system actually works. The manager, Donna Kingman, is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. I have been with TruBalance for a couple of years now and Donna has always been available to guide me properly and advise professionally. I could not recommend this place enough because of Donna.
If I could give less than one star I would. This Dr. Donna Kingman is one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional individuals I have ever had the displeasure of conversing with. She barely allows you to get a word in and I am amazed that she is even able to practice. I ended our consultation due to how rude and hostile she was being it felt more like an interrogation then an actual consultation. Please take your business elsewhere as I am sure Canada has way better doctors who know how to conduct themselves in a profess... read more
Donna is amazing at her job; made me feel comfortable and was fantastic and answering all my complicated questions. The customer service is next to none here, would definitely recommend.
