This company ripped my parents off. And are billing my parents for almost $19k worth of work. They used a public adjust a scammer and took advantage of my parents. And now they want to collect on work that they did not go. They already got one payment for the first and only setup they did. And when you look them up in East TX. They are no where to be found. Horrible experience with them. Never followed up and I was really lucky that a bag with sand that was left on my roof did not fall on somebody. Also, they went to my roof to inspect it and when they finished with the “inspection” it was much worse than it was before. I have pictures and videos before and after I allowed these people to go on the roof. Did nothing but made holes in my roof and vacuumed water that was non existent. Stay away from them. They only care for the money from the insurance.

Horrible, they ruined my childhood insurance claim and stayed with the mold in n my bathroom, they left a bunsh of holes throughout my house never repaired anything and took 6,000.00 plus another 3,000.00 from my insurance claim. I had to wait a few years to gather money to have a mold specialist contractor to tear down my bathroom and treat any possible remaining mold.
