Attended a coaching workshop and was really impressed with all the info given. Understanding the concept of the false core tied in with the Enneagram personality test helped me realize why in certain situations I was regressing to childish behavior, and more importantly, how to dismantle and dissolve this false core and handle situations with greater maturity.
