Having dealt with Biogreen for the past 5 years I not only use them for all my business requirements but also my home requirements. Mark sorted out a major problem with my large heating system at work that another company had caused. Vicki is extremely helpful and very polite. I will always use and recommend Biogreen Solutions to anyone with any boiler or heating issues x well done team biogreen
Very unreliable. Took 6 weeks just to get a quote together for our new domestic heating system. They cancelled / missed numerous appointments to come to our house and I frequently had to chase them. Eventually I gave up the chase after another cancellation, and I haven’t heard anything since. Look elsewhere!
Do not use this firm for any work you need doing domestic or commercial !! all these accreditations advertised and they only have half of them, I witnessed it first hand on various sainsburys sites .where they are a sub contractor for a engineering company on the biomass boilers carrying out ppm tasks they was booking repairs in at enhanced rates when it didn't need doing. Also charged to do flue sweeping and didn't carry it out alot of the time but still signed it off as a full chimney sweep. stay clear only a matter of tim... read more
