The customer service representatives (including leadership) refuse to answer my questions in writing to accommodate my disability. I have gone weeks without answers to a simple question which is leading to delays treating my serious health condition. It’s a shame that Biogen profits off of people with my chronic illness yet refuses to speak to me in a way that’s compatible with my disability.
