I did 5 months of physical therapy with Dr. Carr. I had a left knee replacement and the physical therapy helped me obtain my range of motion. I am very pleased with the physicsl therapy snd results.

I started training with Phil after my husband’s recommendation. Five months later, I really appreciate Phil for personal training because he knows more than your average personal trainer. He is a well qualified trainer and a licensed physical therapist with a phd. He not only treats his clients but gives them information to make better choices in improving their health. Phil runs one of the few joint physical therapy and performance training shops. I've been training with him for roughly five months. Phil has a unique knack for gauging when, where, and how much to push my limits, resulting in multiple personal records. He is exceptionally personable and meticulous about explaining the what, how, and why of each exercise. Phil is amazing! He's kind, caring, informative and knowledgeable. He maintains a clean office and has exceptional service. He truly cares about his clients and offers excellent advice.
