Salt Lake City site is at odds with corporate leadership in France which causes confusion and delays in the work. The path forward for new projects will change almost daily with no clear decision maker at the top. An abundance of covid cash has allowed them to continue to grow and make a ton of money but that won't continue. The "Fat Dumb and Happy" way with Biofire is a ticking time bomb. This is company is ok, except the management they have favoritism if they do not like you, even if you are good employee they will never give you an opportunity to grow in the company, only for those they like, the new people get position as fast as they apply, people that has been there for more the 2 years will never get a chance.
