Once again I was in need of a step forward and a new set of prostetic legs . in my mind I knew the place to go for professional care and a staff who are educated and wise. able and willing to answer any questions and accommodate my/ needs. I never have any worries or concerns when dealing with Jesse . And always appreciate a phone reminder from Kelly the day before my appointment .a very clean friendly and welcoming environment handicapped access .Any of my future needs I'll be returning to Biodesign in Brantford Jeff Blue
Biodesign is absolutely amazing. Very friendly, amaz9ng people. Got my prosthetic quickly and got me up and on the move with great progress. Made sure all programs available to help me pay for this was in a timely fashion and got me on the move again. What can I say? Plenty. These are great people. They don’t drag this process out like their competitors. They realize each person is an individual and different than the last one. High quality prosthetics, techs onsite, when you are there you are the most important person in that building. They gave me my life back. My thanks to Jesse, Kelly, Dean, Hayley and the technicians in the back that build these prosthetics.
