As a personal experience, I had difficulty contacting the pharmacy to pick up my medication. I tried calling 7–8 times over several business days, but no one responded or called back. The pharmacy hours show that it is open until 6:00 PM, however, when I arrived around 5:30 PM, it was already closed and there was no staff present. This made it very inconvenient to obtain my medication. As I respect to the Dr.’s Family but there is a problem for the customers. Thank you
My mom is with this pharmacy for 20 years + and very happy with the pharmcist ( a. Chau and his wife, and his brother Dr. Duc Phan). Very down to earth and kind family.
