Horrible experience. Claimed that the order is on back order and promise to send as soon as they are in stock but then never send. They already charged my card and cant dispute! This is the worst customer service!
I ordered my medication from this pharmacy, but I never received it. I contacted them several times and never got a proper response. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. I don’t recommend ordering from this pharmacy — I hope others don’t go through the same experience.
Do not order from this company. They will charge your card immediately but they will never ship your product. They claim there are Canada Post issues or manufacturing issues - IF they respond. If you DO decide to order and do not receive your product, be sure to file a claim with your credit within 60 days of statement closing or you won't be able to file a dispute. I mistakenly tried to work with them for 2 orders and the 1st order is outside the 60 day time frame. Don't let this company string you along.
Pathetic company that shows they have products in stock so you buy, but they actually don't tell you until after you've paid that they are behind on production etc and fail to deliver any updates. Don't try to call, they send you to voicemail and won't respond...not sure how they are even in business still!
Placed order. Credit card charged. No word from them! Calling them is a joke. All numbers lead to the same response…the person at extension ….is unavailable. Will not be ordering again. Very poor customer service
