Overall okay experience but I didn't receive my meds 2 times on the scheduled delivery dates given for Saturday. Unable to contact anyone and have to wait the next week. Just a bit inconvenient and frustrating to keep checking back on the status of delivery.
I had a great experience with Kalthy, the pharmacy technician. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions about my medication clearly and patiently. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and helpful—thank you, Kalthy, for your excellent service!

The pharmacists that own this specialty pharmacy are some of the most gracious and hard-working pharmacist in the industry BIO ACCESS PHARMACY does a great job for getting approvals for medication's otherwise are very hard to get approval. I highly recommend them to everyone truly dedicated, honest and hard-working go above and beyond.
