I'm always pleased with the wait time to get my blood drawn, but this morning I told the technician that the picture of a needle right in front of the chair when one is scared of needles is a bad idea, and that I had told them twice, he laughed at my face.
Quick, efficient, friendly staff, plenty of parking. Not a long wait time.
