I truly thank God for my Biotech Prosthetics & Orthotics of Henderson family. Brian, Bobbi, Christy, Jennifer and Jodi go above and beyond to create a wonderful experience during my visits.
I recommend biotech in henderson to anyone who needs prosthetics or orthotics. My mom was seen there recently and was very happy with the service she received. Jodi greeted us at the door. She helped me get a wheelchair out of my van in the heat, with heels on!!! She answered all of our questions in a way we could understand. Christian was very thorough and knowledgeable.
Biotech is lousy company. I was sent there by my ortho Dr to get compression socks. I gave the lady at the front desk (Michelle) my information. Shortly after a technician came and got my husband and I. He measured my foot and preceded to talk about orthotics. We informed him that we were only had a prescription for compression socks. We talked a few more minutes and he recommended just going to amazon to get the socks.
