Worst company I’ve dealt with. They told me ortho wer covered by insurance. Long story short it wasn’t covered. Had to call better business bureau
I called looking for help the First Lady couldn’t help me and the second person Michelle wouldn’t answer any questions and just to hung up on me!
I bought s pair of orthotics and they lasted about 25 years. They were great. The next pair I bought from Bio Tech have felt great, but only lasted about 2 years. They said they would look at them and maybe fix them for around $100. Ridiculous! I no longer recommend them to everyone.
Heather and Staci are professional in all their encounters. They are innovative with solutions to difficult problems and work tirelessly to resolve issues. They also listen to other professionals to mutually provide the children with what they need. Also Bio Tech will bill for shoes and socks for orthotics that other vendors don’t do.
I went here courtesy of the Department of Veterans Affairs, which generally botches things, including the paperwork that they were expected to send Bio Tech before my appointment. Nevertheless, the Bio Tech administrative staff were exceedingly helpful. Next, I went back to have my feet evaluated for molded orthotic shoe inserts.
