Big disappointment. I called after reading good reviews...which I am now beginning to suspect may not be legit. $350 to remove rodents (squirrels, rats) from the attic and guarantee to keep them out for one year. First visit 1/2013. Now Bio-Tech has been out at least five times, but we still hear rats (or something) scratching in the attic in the middle of the night. I have rodent problem, and they came by very quickly to give an free estimate. Few days later, we were scheduled for 3 visits to get the rodent out. First visit, set up traps; second visit, checked and sealed all opening including gutter, outside the perimeter and the rood; third visit, cleaning up and making sure everything is in place. So far, I like their service and reasonable too. The service come with one year warranty too.
