I approached this CRO to perform some novel work. The actual person I spoke through-Heidi was atrocious to work with from day 1. Incredibly poor communication selectively answering questions. The material I received was not as requested and I see how she preferred to omit a lot of details on the quote to avoid any future work. I was looking forward to working with this company on future projects but will take my business elsewhere.

What a great company. They are experts in their field and guarantee and deliver on their products and services. I had to opportunity to work for them and was privileged to have an inner view of their business. They make things right if they encounter an error, at their own expense. The owner even gave me her own lunch (several times) when I was just starting and did not have my own meal. A true gem in the industry of biochemistry.
