This salon is awesome! The staff is friendly and professional. The stylists seem to actually know what they are doing because last time I went there, there were several women getting their hair done and they all seem very happy! The building is clean and in a comfortable setting. My highlights came out FANTASTIC so I also stayed and had a facial done which was also great (it was birthday)!
Unfortunately I researched this salon a little too late. Now I see all of the negative surveys and I can attest to the fact that this salon is very inexperienced and unprofessional. This was my first and LAST time ever going to this salon. I had an appt today for partial highlights with Tayrin. Bought a Groupon and gave them a try. I'm very picky about my hair and was a little concerned about the outcome. Tay was my stylist and I have to say I could not be happier with my hair. She was friendly and took the time to do it the right way. She did a deep condition on my hair with a full color/ highlights and my hair looks and feels AMAZING !!! She even told me I could come back and get the groupon price anytime and to invite my friends to do the same. The salon has a very relaxing decor and makes you feel at home.
I was a walk in without an appointment. I needed a hair cut very badly. They helped me right away. They were pretty busy, but they got to me a.s.a.p. All I needed was just a simple hair cut so it wasn't anything tough but they made feel welcome and as if they truly appreciated my business. They did a great job!
Went today and loved my cut and style. Ask for Beth. She is new there but very professional and gave me the greatest treatment! Beautiful salon:)
I came in for an appointment and my hairstylist was working on someone else, then told me that my treatment would take a lot longer than she originally thought. I have a daughter in daycare so I went out of my way to go next door and fax the center to allow my friend to pick her up since the hairsylist said they didn't have a fax machine there, then it was an hour since my appointment and the hairsylist still hadn't touched me. I found them to be very professional. Great hair cut and massage and facials. We've taken our children in for haircuts as well. Their Great with kids. I really like their line of products.
