My doctor had ordered some labwork done through Bio-Reference back in February. I received four bills from mid-February through the first week in April, all of which I paid prior to their due date. I received four receipts from Bio-Reference saying that payment was successfully processed, with the last coming on April 5. Yesterday, June 27, three charges in those same amounts came up on my bank statements.
