I have been coming here for the past three years, but I think I will stop coming here instead start using other services . The issue is not with their technicians. I always had a good experience at the lab itself. However, I never receive a notification when the bill is due. I travel a lot and sometimes all the sudden I got a collection letter from a collector. I've been going here annually for the past 3 years. It's decent, fast, convenient and personally had a good experience getting my blood work done here.
Horrible place, so unhelpful, uneducated customer service reps. Labcorp is better. If you can avoid using them, do it. Tell your doctors you don't want labs to be run thru them.
Were scheduled here for an urgent blood draw within their hours, but the facility was closed and security told us to come back the next day. Unacceptable.
