Never notified me of a $20 copay from some labs. I learned about the copay because Bio-Reference sent it to collections! When I called them to verify they told me I can’t pay them that I should pay collections but when I go to collections online portal there is no account with my information found. They are going to ruin my credit over $20 and no one is helping me when I AM ABLE AND WANTING TO PAY THIS OFF. Scammers! Lost my blood test sample twice in a month!
My wife went to get her blood drawn, and while the service was quick, she mentioned that the technician's needle insertion caused some bleeding. Later that night, her hand was severely bruised—something she's never experienced before. This makes me question the technician's skill and experience in performing such procedures. Staff was very rude not welcoming at all.
I have been coming here for the past three years, but I think I will stop coming here instead start using other services . The issue is not with their technicians. I always had a good experience at the lab itself. However, I never receive a notification when the bill is due. I travel a lot and sometimes all the sudden I got a collection letter from a collector.
