Just had some routine labs performed @ 13992 Baltimore Ave, Ste 202 Laurel, MD. My technician’s name was Kendall and she was very organized, nice, thoughtful (proactively copying the lab orders because the doctor put 2 orders on the order), confirming where to send my results, and got me in/out in 4 minutes. I normally goto LabCorp (at least 20 times) near the Laurel Hospital but the technician currently there (4/2019) is very rude to customers, rude to callers and when she hangs up she talks about the caller, another custom... read more
Very polite and knowledgeable staff. The techs are very friendly and not too rough. There was a slight mixup with some paperwork that was faxed but never received, but the ladies at the front desk were very patient and willing to assist. I would definitely return here for any lab work I may need in the future.
