Brought my daughter for a blood test .we were Waiting for 40 min and There was only one person in front of us . A lady comes in with her daughter and the lab technician got them in right away. I heard she said to the technician , I called you because I don’t like waiting like other people does. I guess Everyone should get the technician phone number as well so no one has to wait. Very unprofessional .
