They do not code the lab tests correctly, resulting in bills to the consumer. The customer service is terrible, the reps being barely articulate. They claim they do not code tests, but the doctor's office and insurance say otherwise. Fortunately, after wasting several hours of my time on the phone, the doctor's office said they'd take care of it.

I have always been seen readily and had no problems with any of the staff. Never had any problems with their billing either. Much happier using them than Lab Corp.
I’ve always found them to be fast and efficient. I have my blood drawn every 6 to 8 weeks and I am a very hard stick. They always get it done. Inez and Carmen are great! There is one staff person with dark hair and dark glasses who is awful. Nasty to patients, complaining if you come in close to 5. If they don’t want to draw blood that late then maybe they shouldn’t be open till 6. That IS her job..
