Dean & the crew are very helpful & easy to deal with. Highly recomend them.
Rip-off services. Someone called for inspection booking with no explanation of costs or service details. We never agreed on any kind of amount. They sent us $325 bill for someone to come around for 20 something minutes to look around taking photos. Also this guy called us afterwards and used a very inappropriate language.

Biopest sent me an invoice for an incomplete termite inspection so i told them they need to come back and complete the roof inspection before expecting a customer to pay for the full service. They came back and did a half assed roof inspection didn't even go into the corners as they had to bend down too far. Then sent me another invoice to which I called them and said there was information and photos missing from the report. I have been using BioPest now for over 4 years and they have both exceptional customer service and also terminte/bug spray control. Rare to see this in a small business. Would highly recommend if you need pest control.
