Biopest sent me an invoice for an incomplete termite inspection so i told them they need to come back and complete the roof inspection before expecting a customer to pay for the full service. They came back and did a half assed roof inspection didn't even go into the corners as they had to bend down too far. I have been using BioPest now for over 4 years and they have both exceptional customer service and also terminte/bug spray control. Rare to see this in a small business. Would highly recommend if you need pest control.
Been using these guys for a long time after we had termites in wood sleepers. Inspections are always easy to arrange and reporting is great.
I contacted Bio Pest due to an 'invasion' of small ants over a two to three day period. All my efforts to eradicate them had proved unsuccessful. I contacted Bio Pest at about 1.00pm and explained my problem. I was assured that a service technician would arrive that afternoon and was given a time of 3.00pm. Gary, a very pleasant person arrived on time and conducted an inspection of our premises and explained and showed me what he would do to solve the problem.
