Frank and Easton were the absolute best. They were able to come out same day to clean up for my resident. I could not have done that myself and truly appreciate their professionalism and detailed cleaning!

A rat got into my storage unit so I used Bio One to disinfect the unit before I moved out. Frank was very responsive and accommodative through the whole process. He came out to McDonough free of charge to inspect the unit and gave me an estimate the next day. He communicated with me and let me know what we could keep versus what had to be thrown away etc. He was on time and kept me comfortable through the whole process. I worked with Frank from Bio-One of West Atlanta to handle a homeless encampment cleanup on a property, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Frank was extremely professional from the first conversation. He explained exactly how the cleanup would work, showed up when he said he would, and handled the entire situation.
