The owner Mark and his team were extremely professional, thorough, and were able to come help us the day after I called. They made a difficult situation much easier and without judgement. I highly recommend them!

This company is a God send hands down!! The level of assistance that was needed to clear out a neglected home was overwhelming. Mark and his crew handled the job with expertise, compassion and a whole lot of HUMOR which was definitely NEEDED!!! The BEST experience under challenging circumstances!!! THANK YOU again BIO-TRENTON!!!

I cannot recommend Bio-One of Trenton enough! My storage unit had a rodent infestation and I needed it cleaned. Mark was extremely responsive and professional. He was upfront with pricing and handled the whole situation with empathy. Mark and Charity worked very fast and left the space spotless. I am so thankful for their service!

There was no way this guy was coming into my home. Had conducted a general search a couple of months ago, but the timing was not right for me to move forward with the project at the time. I never even spoke with the guy. "Mark" apparently took deep personal offense to that. I ended a very uncomfortable conversation. I cannot have people in the home that sarcastic, tempered, or give off red flags like that. Shocked to say the least.

Mark not only answered his phone on a Sunday, he was at my house within an hour of my call to assess the situation. The job was complete that same week. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, but also their compassion during an emotional time was something you can’t put a price on. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
