I cannot recommend Bio-One of Trenton enough! My storage unit had a rodent infestation and I needed it cleaned. Mark was extremely responsive and professional. He was upfront with pricing and handled the whole situation with empathy. Mark and Charity worked very fast and left the space spotless. I am so thankful for their service!

There was no way this guy was coming into my home. Had conducted a general search a couple of months ago, but the timing was not right for me to move forward with the project at the time. I never even spoke with the guy. "Mark" apparently took deep personal offense to that. I ended a very uncomfortable conversation. I cannot have people in the home that sarcastic, tempered, or give off red flags like that. Shocked to say the least.

Mark not only answered his phone on a Sunday, he was at my house within an hour of my call to assess the situation. The job was complete that same week. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, but also their compassion during an emotional time was something you can’t put a price on. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Mark and his team were amazing. Mark got out the same day to do an estimate on a townhouse cleanup then got his team to the property in a very timely manner. They removed everything from our townhouse and cleaned it extremely well under the initial time projection. It got far cleaner than I could have ever hoped for. Was very punctual and coordinated everything so I didn’t have to hardly do anything. The townhouse looks great and I would recommend to anyone that needs help cleaning out a home.

Mark, Charity and Justin did a phenomenal job with our basement! We have little kids and were concerned about viruses and things that might spread after we had mice down there. They made sure we felt safe during the process, were very mindful of eliminating cross contamination (like with switching shoes before coming upstairs) and everything down there is clean and safe to access now. We highly recommend!!
