They did a great job getting a (what I thought) was an impossible job to a livable house. They also can do flooring which we asked them to do as well. We were very happy with the work they did. They only reason I marked them as a 4 was because I felt communication could have been better. At one point we thought they had finished however they never notified us that it was taking longer. Great job, very friendly and didn't make anyone feel bad about the way the house was.
Bio One arrived the day after a horribly tragic and emotional death. Every person I spoke with from Bio One was nothing but compassionate from a place of deep understanding and kindness. They met me during the worst week of my life, gave me hugs, offered true understanding and did an amazing job of clean up.
