I'm writing this review to share my experience with the Bio-One of Brandon team. In March 2026, I scheduled Bio-One to perform biohazard clean-up at a location long distance from me. I needed to find a team that was compassionate, people-oriented, and easy to communicate with long distance. I found all these qualities and more with Bio-One, and in particular, Mark. I cannot recommend Bio-One of Brandon highly enough! This veteran-owned company, led by owner Lordell Wilson, demonstrated exceptional communication and attention to detail from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, timely, and efficient. The crew was top-notch, thorough, respectful, and clearly experienced. They went above and beyond in every aspect and truly exceeded my expectations. If you need biohazard remediation, this is the company to call!

Bio-One of Brandon was compassionate and professional during a very difficult time for our family. Lordell was the person who assisted us, and his kindness, patience, and understanding truly meant everything to us. The team was respectful and thorough, and we are very grateful for their help.
