This group stole and/or threw away a lot of stuff. My inquiries were rebuffed as, “I spoke to ‘so-and-so’ and they didn’t see ‘this or that.’” Find a different company.

We have to thank Jermaine and his crew for all the wonderful help they gave us when our family was faced with a very shocking, unexpected and tragic occurrence. They were very professional, reassuring and showed such warmth as we dealt with this situation. In one of our darkest moments as a family Bio-One showed up and cared for us. We called to find a company that could help us after one of our loved ones took their own life. They were so caring, thoughtful & professional. I cannot say enough about their team, hugged each one of my family that was at the home that day and expressed their condolences, and was very quick professional and thorough with cleaning. I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury.
