Had a shellac. It was rushed and no actual “manicure”. She missed one finger doing my cuticles because she kept answering the phone. Hard no.
Helen did this amazing set on me. I was anxious trying a new design and shape for the first time, but she did an amazing job at making it a perfect experience with consistent reassurance and checking in throughout the set. Great customer service with a good eye to detail, definitely my go to nail shop. ❤️❤️ Only thing that needs improvement is the smoothness of application, some nails were more bumpy and a little uneven. I did experience some lifting as early as a week in, which has never happened before.
