I dont know who gets this note but your clinic is a joke. People die everyday from methadone because the clinics dont moniter the people they have come there have the people selling drugs at your place they abuse the methadone. Take other drugs while on Methadone and still you continue to dose these people. They even get away with your drug screens becasue even when u monitor them they still manage to get away with it. I have saw several people come in and out of that clinic drooling and nodding off but you still dose them. ... read more
