The attitude of the receptionist was very rude. I was 10 mins late for my appointment, but I had already informed the clinic that I was coming from work and might be delayed because of traffic. The person I spoke to said she would make a note of it, but apparently that wasn’t done. When I arrived, the receptionist did not ask whether I had informed anyone in advance. Rude receptionist, the old women at the reception was so rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was consistently unprofessional during multiple visits. She should learn to at least smile at the clients when working as a receptionist. Worst experience, but the doctor is good.
I've been seeing Dr.Hatami for 13 years, and he has always been kind, compassionate, and willing to help. Even when the clinic is very busy, he takes the time to care for his patients and make them feel heard. The receptionists are also amazing—friendly, patient, and always helpful. I'm very grateful for Dr. Hatami and his team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care. Thank you for everything you do!
I had a very positive experience at BioHealth Clinic. Mahsa, the patient coordinator, was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. She made the appointment process very smooth, explained everything clearly, and treated me with patience and respect. I really appreciate her support and highly recommend this clinic.
