An awful company and awful customer service. They almost sent me to collections because they messed up on recording my payment. They don't follow customer notes or requests. I said for a year of termite service up front and sold my home. I was told I get a refundcofcthexremsiningcamount and then they go back on their word and tell me no refund because they just acquired a new company and this is their way.
