Unfortunately, the front desk staff at Bio Family Clinic consistently display a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to address their dismissive behavior, such as interrupting me mid-sentence and making incorrect assumptions—issues that could be avoided if they simply listened. Their condescending attitude and tone are entirely uncalled for, especially in a professional setting. I saw the provider, John Smock, PA-C, he was incredibly rude and had terrible manners. He left the door open to the exam room and shouted in the room with me. He didn't listen to a single concern or informatively answer a single question I had. Instead, he jumped to conclusions and kept going on about his service in the military. Acting like he was teaching me a lesson for just going in for a second opinion on a physical exam for work.
