The front staff members for the psychiatric office are ALWAYS extremely rude. They have been rude to several of my family members who go there on different times and also other patients who walk in. It’s always the same two females. They are rude in person and over the phone when calling for an appointment. Not only that last time I was waiting in the lobby they were talking loudly about a patient and his medical information for the whole lobby to hear. Definitely need new staff because it makes people not want to go there.
Ok, so yes getting through on phone can be awful! But Dr. Arora is great! Love her and will put up with phone craziness becuase of her
They never answer their office phones and don't listen to voicemails that are left for them either. Their office staff is talking about their personal lifes loudly while there are patients in the waiting room seated and they allow people to watch personal videos in their phones on speaker. The most unprofessional clinic I've EVER been to.

Started off rough (personality mismatch) but things smoothed out nicely. I'm pleased with the administrative and medical staff. Dr. Runyan is definitely a keeper for shoulder ortho! Thank you!
