Overall a good experience. I had deep pore cleansing done. The Aesthetician was professional, polite and skillful. The environment is clean, pleasing and welcoming. Spa is in a salon so I got confused for a second. The spa room I had was very bright with natural light coming from the window, which faced the street, as opposed to a darker room which I might be accustomed to.
