$1200 unloader brace for my left knee and the Velcro peels back and isn’t right- sounds crazy? It’s not, it’s Bio-Dynamics. An easy fix on its base level: you have a product (knee brace) that according to HSS charges insurance $1200 for and it’s not operating correctly. The Velcro peels back and catches on every pair of pants that I wear, peeling back the Velcro more and the problem just gets worse. According to their manufacturer’s rep- it’s still under warranty. This ccompany is shady at BEST. They tried to charge my insurance company $456 for a foam neck brace( not the big thick one.. literally a piece of 3 inch foam with a strap). The insurance paid the legally amount allow me. They then came after me for the balance, regardless that my insurance has zero copay zero deductible etc. When I refused they sent a letter with a giant orange sticker to try and humiliate me. That is illegal and I am filing complaints and a civil lawsuit. Don't let these filth abuse you... Take them down
The machine was great for my knee replacement surgery! It was at my door when I arrived home from the hospital!
