Jensen initially delivered the cpm machine and was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable so that I felt very comfortable using it. Unfortunately days later I had a problem with the equipment on a Friday night. I called and spoke to a customer service operator from the answering service who immediately contacted a tech, Bob, who then contacted me. The response time was so quick.
